- Ordering
- The shopping cart will allow you to choose from the following methods as to how you would like your order to be processed: STANDARD ORDER: This submits your chosen item(s) to us, you will then be contacted shortly after for your payment details.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and all chargecards associated with these cards e.g. Switch, Delta, Solo, Electron etc.
You can also pay by cheque, but allow up to 14 days for cheque clearance and postage. Payee: Triton trading.
Alternatively you can telephone to discuss any order, but PLEASE NOTE we do not accept orders placed by email. SECURE SERVER: This allows you to enter your payment details as part of your order. These details are stored with our 128bit encrypted secure server ready for us to complete your order. Entering your details will NOT AUTOMATICALLY CHARGE YOUR CARD. Please Note: You will be advised if an item is not currently in stock, and also when it should become available. You will be given the option to cancel or place it on back order.
- Delivery
- We aim to offer same-day dispatch on all orders for in-stock items that we receive before 3pm Monday-Friday. Any orders received after 3pm or during the weekend should be dispatched the following working day. However, there are some circumstances in which that may not be possible: • You may have items on your order that are currently not in stock
• All our bikes are checked prior to dispatch to ensure that they arrive with you in perfect condition, this can mean delivery takes a little longer
• Custom wheel/bike builds
Carriage Charges:-
BIKES: Carriage on bikes is free of charge unless otherwise stated. (This only applies to Mainland UK) OTHER PRODUCTS (Frames/parts/other accessories): Delivery charges will depend on the value or weight of the goods. You will be advised of these costs during the checkout process.
We will always try to meet agreed delivery times, however we cannot guarantee them due to third party couriers or workshop load. We shall not be liable for any consequential losses due to delayed delivery times.
- Your Security and Credit Card Security
- The security of your personal information is of great importance to us, and we have taken every precaution to ensure that none of it is at risk whilst you are visiting this site. Credit card security: Your card details will not be requested if you place an order via the standard order form. Instead you will be contacted shortly afterwards for confirmation of your payment details. This prevents your details being compromised in any transmission across the internet.
If you place an order using our secure server, a 128bit encryption (the strongest available) is in place. So, if you are happy to supply your payment details you should select the "SECURE ORDER" option.

- If you feel the need to complain about our products or services you should contact us initially by telephone or by post. We will endeavor to resolve the problem to our mutual satisfaction.
- Returns
- At Triton Cycles we aim to provide a returns service that is simple and hassle-free.
Should you need to return anything to us, it is VERY IMPORTANT that you telephone us first to advise us of your intention and the reason why you wish to return the goods.
If you're not completely satisfied with an item you may return it within 7 days of purchase, and as long as the item isn't fitted or used we're happy to receive it back for a refund or exchange. Return shipping costs in this instance are non-refundable.
If the item is being returned as a result of our error i.e. damaged, defective, wrong item sent etc, we will refund Royal Mail First Class or Standard Parcel postage costs. If this is the case please include a copy of your purchase receipt when you return the goods for inspection.
Please DO NOT sign for goods if you think that they are damaged, or the packaging has been tampered with. Instead, refuse to accept the delivery and contact us immediately(within 3 working days) so that we can take the matter up with our courier. Replacements will be sent to you as soon as possible.
Signing for goods later found to be unacceptably damaged in transit complicates negotiations with the courier in dealing with your complaint.
However, if a minor component is missing or broken(e.g. a reflector) please DO NOT return the whole bike. Simply contact us and we will replace the part as soon as possible.
Please DO NOT discard any original packaging until you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Should you need to return a bicycle, couriers will not transport a machine not in the original or suitable packaging.
Warranty Claims: All goods purchased from Triton are covered by a full warranty and generally covers manufacturing faults and defects including poor workmanship. If you think your item is faulty and would like to make a warranty claim then please phone/email us before returning any goods - we may be able to solve your problem without you incurring any postage costs.
Full warranty details; this policy does not affect your statutory rights A product warranty does not apply to failure or damage due to misuse such as, but not limited to incorrect installation, poor maintenance, abuse or neglect, using the product for something other than its intended purpose or alteration of the product. We do not cover general wear and tear on tyres, inner tubes, brakes, brake and gear cables, brake pads, light bulbs, chain rings, chains, cassettes, rims, batteries etc. Corrosion and/or deterioration caused by material fatigue defined as the natural breakdown of materials that occurs after extended use will not be covered under warranty. After an initial 30 day period we reserve the right to repair/replace any defective part under warranty. Warranty is non-transferrable and applies to the original purchaser only. Proof of purchase is required with all potential warranty claims. Any item that is repaired or replaced under warranty will be covered by a period equal to the remaining warranty period of the original part. Costs incurred as a result of loss of use, initial return postage costs and labour charges for part replacement or repair are not covered. If near the end of a given warranty period and a repair/replacement is not possible Triton Cycles reserve the right to offer an alternative of equal or greater value (colour may vary) or a partial refund proportional to the remaining life of the product. Always install, repair and use your product in strict compliance with the product's instructions; failure to do so might damage the products and cause a serious accident. If after inspection we consider that faults on returned goods are not covered by manufacturers warranty you will be told this. In this instance you will be responsible for all Postage/Carriage Charges. All returned goods must be in their original condition and include all parts, accessories and packaging.
