LEAVE THE ROAD BEHIND.
A sport for masochists, or a great way to stay ride fit in the off season? Whatever your view of cyclocross, Cube’s Cross is the bike you'll want to have underneath you (or on your shoulder). Light, responsive, easy to carry and with clearances designed for muddy courses, it's got your back.

Cyclocross can be brutal. At Cube they understand this only too well - it's the reason they developed the Cross Race C:62 SL. Featuring a full carbon chassis - complete with cyclocross-specific carbon fork - and a component setup geared for hard use on the race circuit, it's got the low weight, exceptional efficiency and brilliant handling you'll need to stay out front on race day. Internal cable routing via the head tube eliminates cable rub and, combined with the curved seat stay / top tube junction, makes shouldering easier, quicker and more comfortable. Race-bred geometry provides sharp, nimble handling and Cube's premium C:62 builds into a light, exceptionally stiff and responsive frame that you'd expect of a thoroughbred racer. To keep things simple, Cube chose Shimano's new 1x11 transmission and fitted a custom chain guide, so you don't have to worry about an unshipped chain ruining your day during the rough and tumble of racing. The 11-40T cassette provides a huge gear range, transferring power to the light, stiff Newmen Evolution wheelset and grippy Schwalbe X-One tyres, and Shimano hydraulic discs ensure you can control your speed through the worst that the elements and race course can throw at you. With Newmen Advanced carbon cockpit components shaving even more weight, it's a package that's shouting out to be ridden hard. Now all you need to do is pedal, run and pedal your way to the podium...

Light, lighter, lightest. When saving every gramme is the goal, every single detail matters. Cube knew that choosing their premium C:62 carbon was a good start, but the Cross Race C:62 needed something special to set it apart. The answer came from an unusual direction: Cube’s engineering team decided to route cables internally via the head tube, rather than the usual down tube routing. This approach fulfilled two goals. First, it created an incredibly clean look and eliminated any cable rub. And second, it meant Cube didn't need to reinforce the down tube to the same extent as usual, saving even more weight. Internal cable routing uses custom inserts which can be swapped out easily, so you can run electronic, wireless or traditional cable-actuated gears. Combined with the full carbon fork and race-bred geometry designed for quick, precise handling, the Cross Race C:62 is proof that the devil really is in the detail.

At Triton Cycles we aim to provide a returns service that is simple and hassle-free.

Should you need to return anything to us, it is very important that you telephone us first to advise us of your intention and the reason why you wish to return the goods. If you're not completely satisfied with an item you may return it within 14 days of purchase, and as long as the item isn't fitted or used we're happy to receive it back for a refund or exchange. Return shipping costs in this instance are non-refundable.

If the item is being returned as a result of our error i.e. damaged, defective, wrong item sent etc, we will refund Royal Mail First Class or Standard Parcel postage costs. If this is the case please include a copy of your purchase receipt when you return the goods for inspection. Please DO NOT sign for goods if you think that they are damaged, or the packaging has been tampered with. Instead, refuse to accept the delivery and contact us immediately(within 3 working days) so that we can take the matter up with our courier. Replacements will be sent to you as soon as possible. Signing for goods later found to be unacceptably damaged in transit complicates negotiations with the courier in dealing with your complaint. However, if a minor component is missing or broken(e.g. a reflector) please DO NOT return the whole bike. Simply contact us and we will replace the part as soon as possible. Please DO NOT discard any original packaging until you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Should you need to return a bicycle, couriers will not transport a machine not in the original or suitable packaging. If you think your item is faulty and would like to make a warranty claim then please phone/email us before returning any goods - we may be able to solve your problem without you incurring any postage costs.
