Genesis Croix De Fer 931 Frameset

General Information Dream Build Material. Whilst we're always interested in new developments, fresh thinking and the next wonder material, it's well known that we love steel. Its superb strength-to-weight ratio, exceptional stiffness, and outstanding ride quality make it a timeless choice. This Croix De Fer frameset sees the return of Reynolds 931 stainless steel to the lineup — a superbly stiff material giving a unique spring to your pedal stroke. 931 is also incredibly corrosion resistant. A tapered head tube adds further stiffness to the front end whilst a threaded T47 bottom bracket shell increases surface area, allowing for lighter tubes whilst opening up chainset compatibility. The Croix De Fer 931 frameset is a superb base for a dream gravel build. Beefed Up A tapered head tube with external headset cups stiffens the front end and accepts an Amplitude G200 carbon gravel fork. Maximum tyre size matches the frame at 700 x 47mm. Internal Routing Adaptable internal cable routing allows for a clean and consistent look with a wide variety of drivetrains. Like all Croix De Fers, the 931 frameset is also compatible with dropper seatposts. Big Treads Fit volumous 700 x 47mm tyres to maximise traction and comfort, or opt for a slender 38mm slick for a fast all-road setup. The 931 accommodates a broad range of modern tyres. Precious Metal Very responsive, nearly indestructible, and incredibly beautiful — Reynolds 931 is a seamless, cold-worked stainless steel alloy from Carpenter Technology's custom 630/17-4PH grade. Your Way At Genesis, we all love a custom build. Quirky or otherwise. The Croix De Fer 931 is our hero — the ultimate gravel riding frameset, perfectly balancing ride quality, strength, and stiffness.

Kinesis FF29 Hardtail Mountain bike Frameset

Features The FF29 uses Kinesis’s advanced SPF - Super Plastic Forming. Most manufacturers use Hydroformed tubes, but with SPF we can create lighter tubes and more intricate shapes that will build into a lighter and stiffer frameset. The FF29 is long, low and stable with a steep seat tube & long reach numbers. Despite this it’s not ‘slack’ or slow handling thanks to a head angle of 65.5º providing a nimble/agile feel at the bars for singletrack hacking! Horizontally adjustable dropouts allow you to fine tune the FF29’s chainstay length for how you ride, with the added benefit of single speed capability. Size by Reach - Choose a size based on your riding style and fit preference rather than your height. Externally routed cables makes servicing easy and allows the use of full length outer cable to ensure your FF29 will run through a UK Winter. GW Switch Lever Thru Axles: Clean and simple design with a removable lever.

Kinesis Fernweh Mountain Bike Frameset

Features Cold drawn seamless 3Al/2.5V titanium tubing and machined headtube, for ultimate strength and rider comfort. Optional Columbus Futura Adventure carbon fork. It has 110mm Boost spacing, internal dynamo and brake hose routing, cargo mounts and clearance for 29 x 3” tyres. Dropped, flat chainstay yoke gives rear end compliance and clearance for 29” Plus tyres. 148 x 12mm Boost rear axle spacing is compatible with most modern MTB wheelsets. Multiple bottle and luggage mounts ensure that you can carry all the gear you need. Dropper post compatible for when the terrain gets steep. GW Switch Lever Thru Axles: Clean and simple design with a removable lever. Colour laser etched graphics ensure your ride stays looking fresh throughout its life.

Kinesis Aithein Disc Road Purple Frameset

Super Plastic Formed Alloy Frame Constructed from tubes that are created with an advanced manufacturing technique named Superplastic Forming (SPF), which involves heating the alloy until exhibits superplasticity, and then creating complex tube shapes using gas pressure. Columbus Futura Road Disc Fork T700S and HFM Carbon Fibre Monocoque construction, 45mm rake, 440g fork. Stiff with high vibration damping for a smooth ride. 30mm Tyre Clearance It is becoming widely accepted that wider tyres offer more speed, more grip and more comfort on real world surfaces. The Aithein Disc will take up to 30mm tyres so you can choose the right tyre for you and your riding conditions. Kinesis Rider Fit Geometry Geometry adjustments have been made to ensure a better fit across a greater range of rider dimensions. As a result there is more consistent handling across sizes, less toe overlap, and more intuitive sizing. 68mm Threaded BB Threaded BBs allow you to use reliable, creak free bottom brackets that withstand year round British conditions. Adaptable Cable Ports Thanks to interchangeable cable entry points you can run exactly the routing you need, ensuring there are no excess holes into the frame. Wireless Electronic / Mechanical / 2x / 1x Compatible The Aithein frame is designed to work with mechanical and all wireless electronic groupsets.

Deda Elementi S-DCR Cover Kit

S-DCR cover kit is a further application of DCR system (Deda internal cable routing). This solution makes Deda Superzero, Superleggero, Zero100, Zero2, Zero1, Zero, Cross and Peak stem fitting a DCR frame, a quick and smart solution for most of bicycle brands. It allows the full integration of the cables into the frame, like the DCR headset, but leaving a portion of the cables visible under the stem. The system works with a standard tapered fork steerer (1-1/8"- 1.5") and requires a 52mm (1.5") upper headset bearing od. The special compression ring design leaves room for the cables to fit the gap in between the headset bearing and the fork.

Deda Elementi 1 1/8 Gera Allroad Disc Fork

Gera Allroad is a superlight fork ideal for allroad use. The design facilitates the integration of cables inside the frame, thanks to its D-shape fork steerer and the DCR system. Compatible with most bicycle frames on the market, whether they are made of carbon or metal. Its full carbon construction and an integrated 45 degree crown race ensure strength and lightweight performance. It is designed to accommodate dynamo hubs too, such as the SON, allowing for optimal integration of electric cables inside the fork.

DMR Trailstar Titanium Frame

FROM THE TRAILS FOR THE TRAILS The DMR Trailstar frame is now available in a limited-edition titanium version to celebrate the company's upcoming 30-year anniversary – the O.G. Trailstar was our first ever mountain bike frame. The new Trailstar Ti comes with a long, low and stable geometry, featuring a slack headtube, steep seat tube and long reach numbers. The frame is sized by reach and is also designed to be used with a dropper post. For the first time, the Trailstar Ti has been designed to accommodate 29” wheels and optimised for a 140mm fork. Titanium frame construction means a lighter frame, unbeatable quality and durability, and a unique riding feel that only titanium can give you. Ride a Trailstar Ti hardtail and you won’t go back. The horizontally adjustable dropouts allow you to fine-tune the Trailstar Ti's chainstay length according to your riding style, and it comes with the added benefit of single-speed capability. When choosing the size of the Trailstar Ti, consider your riding style and fit preferences instead of your height. Externally routed cables make servicing the bike easy, and it allows the use of a full-length outer cable to ensure that your Trailstar Ti runs smoothly even during the UK winter. The GW Switch Lever Thru Axles come with a clean and simple design and can be fitted or removed using a 6mm hex key.

Surly Ice Cream Truck Frameset - Ex Display

The Ice Cream Truck has the ability to float over pretty much anything you'll find out there be it snow, rocks, mud, sand, or rocky mud. But unlike Surlys other, more terrain crawling fat bike models, the Ice Cream Truck's geometry is trail approved and ready to rip.The Ice Cream Truck is made out of Surlys own proprietary 4130 CroMoly steel and is ED coated. ED coating is a process that leaves a coating that externally provides a solid foundation for paint while also providing an added layer of corrosion protection internally, however, they still recommend an additional treatment such as Frame Saver or Boeshield. Ice Cream Truck begins to differ from all of Surlys other fat bike models from there. The Ice Cream Truck frame is symmetrically spaced at 190mm. It features Surlys MDS dropout system so you have the option of running a 197mm thru-axle, 190mm geared or a single speed rear end. It also features a 132mm wide PressFit 41 bottom bracket. Giving the Ice Cream Truck a PF41 bottom bracket allowed them to move the stays out and create a much stiffer rear end. The frame is spec'd with a 44mm headtube to give you options in the fork department and comes with a suspension corrected straight blade fork with dropouts spaced at 150mm with a 15mm thru-axle.When Surly designed the Ice Cream Truck they borrowed elements from the Krampus and Instigator geometries to make this bike feel frisky and limber. The complete build rounds out this bike as an aggressive trail bomber. And with 4.8" tyres on 100mm rims you have the option of going through instead of around anything in your path.
