Kinesis FF29 Hardtail Mountain bike Frameset

Features The FF29 uses Kinesis’s advanced SPF - Super Plastic Forming. Most manufacturers use Hydroformed tubes, but with SPF we can create lighter tubes and more intricate shapes that will build into a lighter and stiffer frameset. The FF29 is long, low and stable with a steep seat tube & long reach numbers. Despite this it’s not ‘slack’ or slow handling thanks to a head angle of 65.5º providing a nimble/agile feel at the bars for singletrack hacking! Horizontally adjustable dropouts allow you to fine tune the FF29’s chainstay length for how you ride, with the added benefit of single speed capability. Size by Reach - Choose a size based on your riding style and fit preference rather than your height. Externally routed cables makes servicing easy and allows the use of full length outer cable to ensure your FF29 will run through a UK Winter. GW Switch Lever Thru Axles: Clean and simple design with a removable lever.

Manitou Mattoc Expert 29 Suspension Fork

Lighter, stiffer, and more tunable than its competitors, the Mattoc is the desired component for all bikes. The Mattoc Expert should be on your bike not just because it can address all needs, but because it can improve the riding experience in a meaningful way. The Expert version of #thepeoplesfork tips the scales at a scant 1770 grams yet is stiffer than nearly anything else available in its travel range. Translation: an extremely lightweight and efficient build whose industry-leading stiffness ensures precise and reactive handling ready to outperform any other product it is compared to. The Manitou Expert boasts an Expert Air spring with IVA, and compression damping via the VTT-6P (Variable Terrain Tune) is our 6-position damper technology featuring a single external compression adjuster that simultaneously adjusts HS and LS damping characteristics.  It features a fixed shim stack and a secondary shim stack that is preloaded by the external adjuster. The resulting wide tuning range combines the benefits of a Low-speed platform and High-speed progressive tune can suit any terrain. From fire-road climbs to big flowy jump lines to high-speed chunky rocks, VTT-6P can adapt to all terrain with a flick of a switch. Features 27.5” is 20g less than the previous model. Over 19% stiffness increase from current 27.5” 160mm to new 27.5” 150mm. 29” Stiffness increases are higher. Expert air allows for internal travel adjustments with no added parts. New travel spacers account for negative air volume change, so the 110mm fork has the same initial stroke feel as the 150mm Expert Air spring systems contain a unique balancing valve that equalises the positive and negative air chambers during the air fill process. This gives the spring rate a consistent feel without any flat or dead spots in the stroke, along with giving riders of different weights the same initial stroke feel. Expert Air has identical performance to DoradoTM Air in a more cost-effective package. Incremental Volume Adjust (IVA) modifies the volume in the positive air chamber with self-contained spacers dictating the position of the IVA piston. This allows the main air spring ramp-up to be tuned to the rider weight, style and conditions without the need for additional parts. A single external compression adjuster that simultaneously adjusts HS and LS damping characteristics. It features a fixed shim stack and a secondary shim stack that is preloaded by the external adjuster. The resulting wide tuning range combines the benefits of a Low-speed platform and High-speed progressive tune can suit any terrain. Trail Side Relief casting bleed screws allow users to release casting pressure from the fork. Casting pressure increase is normal, and extreme riding can increase the pressure at a fast rate. Temperature and elevation changes can also cause increased casting pressure. Releasing casting pressure can improve overall fork feel and small bump compliance.

Manitou Mastodon Pro - Gen 3 Fat Bike Suspension Fork

The Mastodon is not a modified or repurposed trail fork compatible with large tyre dimensions, but rather it is a fat bike fork made to improve any ride regardless of how low or high the numbers on the thermometer read. Creating such a dynamic fork required all-environment and all-temperature performance testing that took the R+D staff to some of the most inhospitable testing environments in the world. To earn its place within the Manitou family, the Mastodon passed performance and reliability testing in both real-world and lab scenarios at temperatures as low as -40 degrees. The Dorado Air, seals, lubricants, and all other internals are proven for all-weather performance, no matter how extreme on either end of the temperature spectrum. Like all Pro level suspension, the Mastodon utilises the Dorado air spring that first debuted in our iconic Dorado model. The newest version of the mastodon incorporates the VTT6 damper for a simplified and more intuitive adjustment. The VTT6’s single knob adjusts both high and low-speed characteristics. The resulting wide tuning range allows riders to easily find the perfect set-up for any terrain. These technologies, along with IVA volume adjustment allow for fine-tuning of the air spring curve that adapts to an extremely wide variety of conditions, riding styles and personal preferences. Features 106g of weight savings from the previous model with new crown, legs and internals. DoradoTM air allows for internal travel adjustments with no added parts. New travel spacers account for negative air volume change, so the 80mm fork has the same initial stroke feel as the 160mm. Expert Air spring systems contain a unique balancing valve that equalizes the positive and negative air chambers during the air fill process. This gives the spring rate a consistent feel without any flat or dead spots in the stroke, along with giving riders of different weights the same initial stroke feel. Dorado Air is our lightest weight air spring technology. Incremental Volume Adjust (IVA) modifies the volume in the positive air chamber with self contained spacers dictating the position of the IVA piston. New crown is 84g lighter, with increased knob clearance. 44mm offset to match modern fatbike geometry for precise handling and increased traction. Front brake routing allows the user to use the same length brake hose from their rigid fork, or other suspension fork. New arch ribs for increased casting stiffness. Tyre diameter clearance is 2mm shorter than the current EXT model, with a 6mm reduction of axle to crown. 796mm satisfies every fat bike tyre on the market!

DMR Trailstar Titanium Frame

FROM THE TRAILS FOR THE TRAILS The DMR Trailstar frame is now available in a limited-edition titanium version to celebrate the company's upcoming 30-year anniversary – the O.G. Trailstar was our first ever mountain bike frame. The new Trailstar Ti comes with a long, low and stable geometry, featuring a slack headtube, steep seat tube and long reach numbers. The frame is sized by reach and is also designed to be used with a dropper post. For the first time, the Trailstar Ti has been designed to accommodate 29” wheels and optimised for a 140mm fork. Titanium frame construction means a lighter frame, unbeatable quality and durability, and a unique riding feel that only titanium can give you. Ride a Trailstar Ti hardtail and you won’t go back. The horizontally adjustable dropouts allow you to fine-tune the Trailstar Ti's chainstay length according to your riding style, and it comes with the added benefit of single-speed capability. When choosing the size of the Trailstar Ti, consider your riding style and fit preferences instead of your height. Externally routed cables make servicing the bike easy, and it allows the use of a full-length outer cable to ensure that your Trailstar Ti runs smoothly even during the UK winter. The GW Switch Lever Thru Axles come with a clean and simple design and can be fitted or removed using a 6mm hex key.

CeramicSpeed UFO Factory Optimized KMC 11S Chain

UFO Factory Optimized KMC 11S Chain Due to its unique optimisation treatment, CeramicSpeed's Ultrafast Racing Chain saves you watts and improves your performance with free speed and unparalleled low friction. Our ultrafast racing chains are carefully selected from high quality suppliers and optimised by hand in Denmark. This ultrafast chain has been optimised for KMC 11-speed compatibility, to boost the efficiency of your entire drivetrain. CeramicSpeed UFO Racing Chains can save you between 2-5 watts on a distance of 650 km/400 miles. Apply CeramicSpeed UFO Drip after 650km to maintain your peak chain optimization over the life of the chain. Be aware that the UFO treatment is not optimised for wet and muddy conditions, which might cause corrosion on the chain. Read more about this in the maintenance tab. Maintenance of UFO Factory Optimized KMC 11S Chain Within 650 km/400 miles, to benefit from the full advantages of the CeramicSpeed UFO Racing Chain, you must not wash the chain before the mileage is exceeded. However, if your chain needs cleaning, use a dry cloth or a soft brush and carefully remove the dirt off the chain. When taking the chain off for maintenance or cleaning, remember to reinstall it in the same direction as before. In the case of a mild shower, where the chain has not been exposed to water more than a few minutes, the chain performance properties should not be affected. In the case of light showers, we recommend applying UFO Drip Chain Coating. Allow the UFO Drip Chain Coating to dry off before riding. In the case of heavy showers, you should cover your chain in a protective grease on top of the UFO treatment. This will slightly influence the watt savings, but it will protect the chain while still improving your performance. After 650 km/400 miles the chain may undergo maintenance, keeping in mind that traces of the optimisation are still left on the chain. When using UFO Drip Chain Coating, after the 650 km/400 miles, please follow the instructions on the bottle. Note that the huge watts saving of 2-5 watts is achieved within the first 650 km/400 miles interval and decrease slightly after the UFO treatment wears off.

CeramicSpeed Single Bearing Coated 61803

All CeramicSpeed Bearings are hand-built in Denmark. Super smooth CeramicSpeed grade 3 Silicon Nitride balls are matched (within microns) with hardened steel raceways that feature an ultra-smooth polished groove. The balls are held in place by a reinforced polyamide cage. Every bearing is optimised with a low viscosity CeramicSpeed “Blue Grease” to minimise fiction and increase bearing life. Non-contact seals complete the bearings, keeping dirt and moisture out. CeramicSpeed Bearings can be used for any cycling discipline: Road, TT, Tri, Track, Cross and MTB. The benefits are super low friction, better power transfer and increased bearing life. During the building process, we check each bearing four times by hand to ensure that all parts are matched perfectly. CeramicSpeed Balls are 400% smoother, 128% harder and 58% lighter than standard steel bearings normally used in the bicycle industry. When comparing the CeramicSpeed Balls with other ceramic balls in the industry, you will find that the CeramicSpeed Balls are 15% harder, take 99% higher loads and are 100% smoother.

Surly Ice Cream Truck Frameset - Ex Display

The Ice Cream Truck has the ability to float over pretty much anything you'll find out there be it snow, rocks, mud, sand, or rocky mud. But unlike Surlys other, more terrain crawling fat bike models, the Ice Cream Truck's geometry is trail approved and ready to rip.The Ice Cream Truck is made out of Surlys own proprietary 4130 CroMoly steel and is ED coated. ED coating is a process that leaves a coating that externally provides a solid foundation for paint while also providing an added layer of corrosion protection internally, however, they still recommend an additional treatment such as Frame Saver or Boeshield. Ice Cream Truck begins to differ from all of Surlys other fat bike models from there. The Ice Cream Truck frame is symmetrically spaced at 190mm. It features Surlys MDS dropout system so you have the option of running a 197mm thru-axle, 190mm geared or a single speed rear end. It also features a 132mm wide PressFit 41 bottom bracket. Giving the Ice Cream Truck a PF41 bottom bracket allowed them to move the stays out and create a much stiffer rear end. The frame is spec'd with a 44mm headtube to give you options in the fork department and comes with a suspension corrected straight blade fork with dropouts spaced at 150mm with a 15mm thru-axle.When Surly designed the Ice Cream Truck they borrowed elements from the Krampus and Instigator geometries to make this bike feel frisky and limber. The complete build rounds out this bike as an aggressive trail bomber. And with 4.8" tyres on 100mm rims you have the option of going through instead of around anything in your path.
