Box One Quick Release Seat Clamps are cold-forged, and CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminium alloy. A quick-release lever makes adjusting your seat height quick and easy. Weighing just 28 grams/1 ounces in the 31.8 sizes, it’s as lightweight as it is tough. The head of the quick-release lever and the face of the clamp are given a proprietary zero friction” surface treatment that ensures smooth lever action for the life of the clamp without the need for a bushing. Available in 31.8 in anodized red, blue, silver, and black clamps with black levers and gold pivots, laser-etched graphics, and titanium hardware.

Hex Lab Titanium Lock Rings are designed for racers who are after the best of the best. We focus on the cog to lock ring interface as we follow the load paths down the hubs and cogs. With a large surface area on the lock ring flange keeping the cog properly tightened, you can be sure that all of the power you put through the pedals is keeping you at the front of the pack. When combined with stealth hubs and titanium cogs, you’ll experience increased speed and obtain complete control of your ride. Key differences: We have focused on making sure the titanium lock ring excels where it counts, less weight and increased durability. Box Components Hex Lab Single Speed Titanium Cogs

The Hex Lab 3/32" Titanium Cogs are CNC-machined from bulletproof titanium. They are designed to fit Shimano™ compatible cassette hubs and have a 5mm wide inner base, giving a more solid interface with the cassette body. Key differences: The Hex Lab 3/32" CNC Titanium Cogs are engineered and crafted for durability without compromising weight. They offer the strength and wear resistance of steel and are lighter than aluminium. As a result, they yield better shock absorption than the Box One Aluminium or Box One Chromoly Cogs. Titanium Gives Strength of Steel but Half the Weight

There is more to our carbon headsets than their striking good looks. From top to bottom, Box One™ Carbon Headsets was designed to perform. Each unit features a custom CNC-machined aluminium compression cap in the shape of the Box logo with cut-outs to reduce weight. At the centre of the compression cap is an anodized aluminium bolt that threads into a gold anodized aluminium expander plug. This expander eliminates the need for a star nut and works with all 1-1/8-inch steerer tubes—even carbon fibre steerer tubes. The bearing cover is crafted from carbon fibre, which not only adds style but helps shave weight. And at the heart of the headset are two super-smooth, titanium-nitride coated, sealed, 45×45 bearings. The titanium coating results in a low friction coefficient, increased corrosion resistance, and smoother rolling bearings. A split crown race makes installation and removal from forks super easy.

At roughly 50 grams, these cold-forged and CNC-machined levers beat any other on the market. Genius levers have a built-in return spring and are fully compatible with carbon handlebars. Other features include adjustable reach, a titanium mounting bolt, and stainless-steel hardware. Genius levers are designed to work with linear-pull brakes. They are excellent for BMX, mountain, city, urban, and tandem flat-bar bicycles.

They are also the only model to use sealed precision bearings to further reduce non-rotational movement. The 108mm long-reach brakes are excellent for BMX, mountain, city, urban and tandem bicycles using linear-pull-compatible levers. The 85-mm short-reach (mini-V) brakes are also an excellent choice for cyclocross or drop-bar gravel bikes. Box has limited the use of our Oversized Technology to the V area since the levers need to be minimalist and largely act as a remote for the V-Brakes. To reduce lateral deflection at the V we chose to enlarge the pivot areas and arms while tightening tolerances at their interfaces. Box have robbed material from unloaded sections to reinforce these zones of high stress. Not only are you going to be more efficient with brake power delivery, but you’ll also feel the instant response of deceleration.

Box Components One Bottom Bracket Square Taper Titanium/Carbon

With precision sealed bearings and cold-forged, aluminium CNC machined cups, the Box One™ Titanium Square Taper bottom brackets are the best option for young BMX racers and other users. It is a three-piece crank in search of performance gains and weight savings. They have hollow, custom titanium-nitride-coated titanium spindles and carbon fibre centre seals, helping keep the weight down between 185 and 190 grams (well below that of other square taper bottom brackets on the market).
