Dia Compe 610-N Centre Pull Brake

Dia Compe 610EX Centre Pull Brakes

Quality comes first with the 610 Centre Pull Brake. With more stopping power than your average side pull brake and better modulation, these are an ideal choice for someone looking for powerful braking without putting too much stress on their hands. The 610 fits bicycle frames with either recessed or nutted brake bolts and is supplied with two bolt spacers to allow fitting with most older frames as well as modern frames. Whether you’re restoring an old racer or want that vintage look on your new speed machine these brakes are the perfect choice. The brakes Include a straddle bridge and straddle cable (note – only use Dia-Compe straddle cables as other versions may be too long and cause problems when setting up the brake)

Dia Compe CB-2 Alloy Headset

Quality lightweight MTB/Road threadless "Aheadset" for regular 1 1/8" frames. Slick and smooth sealed Angular Contact Bearings top and bottom.

Dia Compe IB-1 Integrated Headset

Durable sealed bearing headset using the most popular standard for Integrated headsets in BMX at the moment.*Note: Not all threadless headsets are the same! Diatech/Dia Compe is one of the very few companies authorised to use the Dia Compe USA/Cane Creek patented "split compression ring"Whilst this may appear a minor item... it actually has quite a significant effect in use. The split in the compression ring actually allows the ring to "grab" the fork steerer as the ring is compressed by the headset bearing adjustments. The "grabbing" prevents any possibility of "knocking" from play between the fork and the headset. Many other so called Ahead type headsets do not have this patented feature... even though, at first glance they appear to offer much the same performance. IMPORTANT NOTE: There are 3 main standards currently in use for Integrated headsets; They are all similar but NOT cross compatible... therefore check carefully which system your frame is made to accept.
