Box Components Hex Lab Single Speed Titanium Cogs

The Hex Lab 3/32" Titanium Cogs are CNC-machined from bulletproof titanium. They are designed to fit Shimano™ compatible cassette hubs and have a 5mm wide inner base, giving a more solid interface with the cassette body. Key differences: The Hex Lab 3/32" CNC Titanium Cogs are engineered and crafted for durability without compromising weight. They offer the strength and wear resistance of steel and are lighter than aluminium. As a result, they yield better shock absorption than the Box One Aluminium or Box One Chromoly Cogs. Titanium Gives Strength of Steel but Half the Weight

Box Components Four 8S Wide Single Shift Groupset E-Bike Upgrade Kit

Our Box Four tier is for those people who just want less fuss! You're fond of Prime 9, but know 8 is enough, and surely 11-42T is plenty of range for an 8-speed cassette. Our derailleur still has the Limited Slip clutch but now arrives with a more compact cage. The custom 8-speed chain is built for abuse, although it's sophisticated enough to have its own Wide/narrow chainring. Push through fewer gears with a no-nonsense shifter. Ideal for E-Bikes

Box Components Four 8S Wide Multi Shift Groupset

Box Components Three P9 Wide Multi Shift Groupset

The Box Three tier delivers many of the same capabilities of its more famous siblings, yet it's built upon a simpler platform. Cassettes are accessible at 11-46T or 11-50T and fashioned with steel spiders. The derailleur exploits our Limited Slip clutch technology without the Tri-pack features. Shift easily with a comparable mechanism, although you'll forgo the hinged clamp and die-cast structure. And lastly, string it all together with a Prime 9 chain but without extravagant coatings. If you're looking to bring your 2/3 by bike into the 21st century, then level up with this group!

Box Components Two P9 X-Wide Single Shift E-Bike Groupset

Our Box Two tier's mission in life is to deliver performance similar to the Box One but without its exotic (and costly) features. You still get the Tri-Pack™ Clutch in our derailleur only it isn't adjustable. The cassette's 11-50T range is equally impressive but we don't cut it out of a single block of steel. The action on the shifter is just as snappy although you don't get the rigid die-cast pull lever. The chain boasts the same unique ability to mate with a wide/narrow chainring except you give up the trick DLC top coat. You're hardly shortchanging yourself with Box Two.

Box Components One Prime 9 Chain

The Box One chain is protected by a dual-coating. Starting with a Nickel plating which aids in corrosion resistance and then top it off with the "Diamond-Like Carbon" layer. The DLC is as fancy as it sounds; a synthetic diamond nano-coating that turns up the volume on hardness, wear resistance, and slickness. All Prime 9 chains have chamfered shifting edges, solid plates and solid pins to safeguard durability. Our unique inner link spacing is engineered to grab those modern wide/narrow chainrings. Box has chosen to modernise the 9-speed platform due to the chain's spirited reputation.
