Box Components 22.2 X 1-1/8" Centre Clamp Stem

Box Two Centre clamp Hollow stems are cold forged from the highest quality 6061-T6 aluminium available. Featuring an open skeletal design and a dual mid-bolt wedge mounting system, they are lightweight yet maintain a very high level of strength. A 53mm extension stem weighs just 218 grams/7.7 ounces. By removing the rear pinch bolts and moving the mounting bolts to the middle of the stem, we reduced the weight and size and eliminated a serious hazard to the rider’s knees.  These stems come with either a 48 or 53mm extension and a 22.2mm bar bore. To ensure proper clamping force, the stem must be mounted on a fork with at least 45mm of exposed steerer tube. This stem can be installed either side up to give a 5-degree rise or drop. Note: Not compatible with forks that have carbon fibre steerer tubes

Box One™ Chain Tensioners are extruded then CNC-machined from 7075 aluminum for an optimal balance of strength and weight. A minimalist design adds style while reducing their overall mass. Laser-etched graphics include wheel position guides and two 10mm mounting holes with 15mm of adjustment to ensure perfect adjustability. Fits most frames every time you remove and replace your wheel. When used correctly, Box One tensioners will protect your frame dropouts and hold your rear wheel in place. Keep in mind. However, they aren’t indestructible (neither are your dropouts). Box Components Two Brake Post Extenders

Box Two™ Brake Post Extenders are the perfect solution for those riders needing extra brake pad adjustment without switching frame sizes. CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminium, Box Two™ Brake Post Extenders easily mount to any frame's existing cantilever brake bosses. They provide an additional 16 mm of brake arm positioning. Typically, they are most useful when a rider transitions from one wheel size to the next (i.e., 451 to 406). Depending on your application, they can be mounted in either one of two positions - above the frame's v-brake mounts or below.

The Box One Disc Brake Adapter is designed to improve braking control on frames where disc brakes were not standard. Compatible with 2 types of dropouts and 3-10mm hubs, the Box Disc Brake Adapter goes over your hub’s axle and mates with the frame’s dropout in the right configurations allowing mounting of a standard post mount disc brake calliper.

They are also the only model to use sealed precision bearings to further reduce non-rotational movement. The 108mm long-reach brakes are excellent for BMX, mountain, city, urban and tandem bicycles using linear-pull-compatible levers. The 85-mm short-reach (mini-V) brakes are also an excellent choice for cyclocross or drop-bar gravel bikes. Box has limited the use of our Oversized Technology to the V area since the levers need to be minimalist and largely act as a remote for the V-Brakes. To reduce lateral deflection at the V we chose to enlarge the pivot areas and arms while tightening tolerances at their interfaces. Box have robbed material from unloaded sections to reinforce these zones of high stress. Not only are you going to be more efficient with brake power delivery, but you’ll also feel the instant response of deceleration.
