Manitou Ace/Deuce Lockout Kit

Manitou Engineers worked diligently to produce a premium level remote system to ensure the rider’s complete control of the suspension. ACE and DEUCE combo is a Manitou made underbar remote lockout that controls fork, shock and dropper posts. The Ace lever controls the dropper post while the Deuce lever controls both the fork and shock. The two levers are stackable and can be built into the configuration that makes the most sense for each individual rider. In other words, the Ace can be built above or below the Deuce and either can be built as a stand-alone lever as well. In an effort to minimise weight the lever uses 3mm housing and .9mm cable however it is also compatible with standard 4mm housing and 1.2mm cable.

Manitou Mattoc Expert 29 Suspension Fork

Lighter, stiffer, and more tunable than its competitors, the Mattoc is the desired component for all bikes. The Manitou Expert boasts an Expert Air spring with IVA, and compression damping via the VTT-6P (Variable Terrain Tune) is our 6-position damper technology featuring a single external compression adjuster that simultaneously adjusts HS and LS damping characteristics.  It features a fixed shim stack and a secondary shim stack that is preloaded by the external adjuster. The resulting wide tuning range combines the benefits of a Low-speed platform and High-speed progressive tune can suit any terrain. Trail Side Relief casting bleed screws allow users to release casting pressure from the fork. Casting pressure increase is normal, and extreme riding can increase the pressure at a fast rate. Temperature and elevation changes can also cause increased casting pressure. Releasing casting pressure can improve overall fork feel and small bump compliance.

Creating such a dynamic fork required all-environment and all-temperature performance testing that took the R+D staff to some of the most inhospitable testing environments in the world. New TPC+ Damper has increased oil volume and improved flow paths for improved bump compliance and increased consistency. TPC+ features two compression pistons, a hydraulic bottom out, and a spring backed IFP for a smooth and predictable feel for every impact. Adjustments include; High-speed compression, Low-speed compression, and Low-speed rebound. Fits both 29" and 27.5" wheels. Markings on the outer legs indicate the proper clamping point for ideal axle to crown measurements depending on wheelsize. The fork legs can be used with both wheel sizes. Two Crown Options are available with this fork. The 47 offset is designed to work with 27.5" wheels and intended axle to crown. The 57 offset crown is designed for 29" wheels and axle to crown. TSR Bleed Screws allow you to release excess pressures built up in the outer legs of your fork while riding keeping your fork smooth and supple all day long.
