Old Man Mountain Rear Fit Kit

Our Fit Kits are tried and tested! Old Man Mountain was born in 1996 from the need to mount racks on bikes without traditional mounting points and make every bike capable of doing more. Our Fit Kits do just that while having some key benefits over eyelet mounting too

Old Man Mountain Impala Lowrider Front Rack

The Impala Lowrider is an ultra-stable rack designed to carry heavy loads on gravel, paved roads, and wide trails where navigating through large rocks and tight bushes is not a concern. The extended side frames with extra low pannier rails carry the weight of panniers on the wheel centre instead of 6” above it like a standard rack, such as the Divide. This dramatically lowers the bike’s centre of gravity and provides ultra-stable handling. Unlike most other lowrider racks on the market, the Impala has a cargo platform above the wheel, keeping your gear easy to access without cluttering up your handlebars.

Old Man Mountain FLiP Cages

FLiP Cages are the first quick detach mounts that are also cargo cages with optional cargo feet. Need to carry more water on your trip? No need to swap mounts, just strap the Nalgene on and go!

Old Man Mountain Seat Post Mount

This seat post mount provides a secure upper attachment point for Old Man Mountain racks for certain bikes. 34.9 mm clamp with shims for 31.8 mm and 27.2 mm posts. Includes stainless hardware.

Old Man Mountain Axle Pack

Old Man Mountain Axle Pack is unlike any fork mount adapter you’ve seen. Rather than trying to clamp to round or tapered surfaces and just hope it doesn’t slip or spin, Axle Pack is, you guessed it: Thru Axle mounted! Attaching to the axle makes it impossible to slip or spin. Axle Pack is lightweight, reliable, robust, and rigid. With four mounting points you can also choose to run your gear higher or lower depending on your needs. Mounted to one of our Fit Kits, Axle pack is also easily swappable with any of our racks so you can pack the right gear for the ride. Have a carbon road bike? Perfect! Suspension fork? Perfect! Aluminium bike but you don’t trust the rivnuts? We’ve got it! Long story short, if you have a thru-axle fork, we have an Axle Pack ready for you.

Old Man Mountain Headlight Mount

Need to mount a light on your Old man Mountain rack? Well you’re in luck! Here’s a headlight mount that is longer than the competition to fit larger/wider lights with ease.   The mounting hole is 6mm to fit seamlessly onto OMM racks.

Old Man Mountain Tail Light Mount

Need to mount a tail light on your Old man Mountain rack? Well you’re in luck! Here’s a tail light mount that fits clip-on lights and lights with 50mm mount spacing.

Old Man Mountain Pizza Rack

The Pizza Rack is ready to make those wide, awkward carries a breeze, and is perfect for commuting or bikepacking while keeping your gear within reach. Great for a Basket, Caradice bag, Porteur Bag or just, a bunch of bungees. With 3-pack mounts on the uprights, you can add cargo cages or bolt-on panniers too. With a Heavy Duty version of the Elkhorn uprights, and a 10" x 12.9" deck the Pizza Rack can comfortably carry up to 35lbs of gear. The solid centre deck provides more tie-down points than you could ever need, keeps your gear out of your tyre, and doubles as a fender! The Pizza Rack comes with everything you need to Eyelet mount the rack on the front of your bike. If you don’t have eyelets, Old Man Mountain racks are the most versatile racks available. Our Fit Kits are capable of mounting to suspension forks, gravel bikes, road bikes, even tri-bikes if that’s what you’re into. Tested and trusted in the most extreme environments on Earth (we’re still trying to get NASA to take them to the moon). Our racks have helped riders traverse Iceland in bitter, cold winters, carried the gear of countless GDMBR riders, and circumnavigated the globe. The only remaining question is where will it go with you?

No more digging in the bottom of your bag for your pocket knife, or that snack you could have sworn you packed? The Pinecone Pouch adds sleek zippered storage and two easy access stuff pockets to OMM Ponderosa Panniers and Juniper Trunks. Simple hanging tabs keep it out of the way and at the top of the bags for easy access.

Old Man Mountain Ponderosa Panniers

Where are you going? Absolutely anywhere with the Ponderosa Panniers. These bike-packing panniers are ready for everything. Sunshine or rain, your gear will stay dry and protected in these 100% waterproof, TPU fabric panniers with welded seams and Hypalon reinforcements. We’ve secured them to the rack with camming velcro straps at the top and use the lower compression strap to loop through the rack and guarantee that your bags don’t turn into dumbo ears when you hit a bump, no matter how rough. We’ve made all of the compression straps replaceable so next time you spill some salsa on your bag and Mr. Mouse nibbles through one you can just swap it out, nice and easy. The Ponderosa Panniers have the typical frame sheet in the back (against the rack), but we’ve also added a removable frame sheet on the front side of the bag so it compresses evenly to give you the slimmest profile bag possible with what you choose to carry. Our branding is super subtle so you can focus on your adventure and not our logos. To add more options we’ve added loop velcro so you can attach any patch with ease and swap it out as your mood suits you.

Old Man Mountain Juniper Trunk Bag
