Gusset TS Stem 32mm

The new Gusset TS stem was developed with a desire to bring a sleek, stiff, up-to-date, confidence inspiring stem to the market at an accessible price point. Developed using CAD and 3D printing technology, with input from professional athletes, the TS stem went through various iterations before the design was finalised. The stem features an innovative faceplate with a Stiff Upper Lip connecting piece, helping to locate the faceplate into the stem body and increase stiffness. This results in accurate steering and uncompromised feedback through the bar, whilst keeping the open look of a modern stem. Machined from forged 6061 Aluminium and using Cr-Mo bolts, the TS stem is constructed using the best quality materials for robust mountain bike riding.

Gusset Matt Jones S2 AM Saddle

Following the Launch of the Matt Jones Signature Pivotal Saddle, we have now taken our S2 AM saddle and added Matt's own Signature colourway. The S2 AM is our most versatile saddle with unique, premium features designed around the modern trail rider. Constructed from a custom foam base for a unique look while providing extra pressure relief on long rides. Rubber Anti-slide™ grip points under your sit bones improve wet weather performance. The AM saddle uses a conventional twin-railed chassis so that it can easily be used with all standard type seatpost, including Dropper posts.

Gusset S2 FR Saddle

Taking design cues from the popular Pivotal DJ saddle we introduce our all-new S2 FR Saddle. This development further enhances the S2 saddle range. This saddle will be at home, not only on Freeride bikes but also Slopestyle, Downhill and Dirt Jump rigs where you would prefer to run a railed saddle. Featuring the unique rubber Antislide™ grip points from the S2 AM saddle and applying them to the nose of the saddle, it provides extra grip when throwing bar spins or Superman seat grabs.

Gusset Guard Front

Designed and manufactured in the UK, this mudguard fits neatly under your fork arch and is made to protect your precious face from all the mud and dirt that the trail will try to throw at it. The simple design comes with a Velcro strap, making installing the Guard easy-peasy (all you need is some scissors to cut the Velcro loops to the right size). Available in 3 design colourways for you to choose the best match to your bike; white, stealth black and black reflective.

Gusset 66C Campy Single Speed Convertor

If you've got a Campag multiple speed rear wheel and you want to run single speed for a while, just switch the multiple speed cassette for this simple cog and spacer kit. (*and ensure you can either adjust or tension the chain suitably). The large 10mm wide foot on the CNC machined and drilled steel cog spreads the load over a greater surface area than a straight single cog and will significantly reduce the risk of the cog biting into your alloy freehub splines. The superlight drilled, splined alloy spacers are offset to allow a degree of chainline adjustment.
