Halo Hi Flow Tubeless Valves

Eliminate the 'faff' from tubeless setups. Designed to allow 4x greater airflow than standard valves and helps to prevent sealant build-up. Tubeless tyres and rims have become commonplace in the bike world now, from road, gravel and MTB, with original tubeless setups being tricky to inflate without specialist equipment and sealant combination causing issues, the new Halo Hi Flow valve is designed to help users inflate and maintain their setups with ease. Offering 4x greater airflow during the installation of tubeless setups and a no-clog valve, these valves lower maintenance and servicing of your tubeless setup.

Halo Hi Flow Convertor Valves

Designed to convert your existing tubeless valves to a Hi Flow valve. Simply screw on the convertor to improve airflow by up to 4x, making tubeless installation much easier. Works with all tubeless valves that have a thread to the valve end, they do not work with Mavic tubeless valves as the thread is not compatible.

Halo RXR Road Plus Gravel 700c Tyre

The RXR is our road plus tyre offering. Minimal rolling resistance and maximum comfort are the primary aims of the RXR tyre. Utilising a 60TPI tubeless carcass the RXR is lightweight and reliable. The carcass choice allows the tyres to conform to the terrain for grip and comfort, perfect for those off-road adventures. We incorporated leading edges into the centre of the tread for braking and acceleration traction in all conditions, while managing to retain a flush rolling surface. This means that the leading edges only come into play when used in the wet, or when off-road. In the dry and when on smooth surfaces the tyre rolls with minimal resistance. To make this a truly capable road plus tyre in all conditions, angled mud and water shedding channels have also been integrated on the shoulder tread. The RXR tyre also offers a large tread wrap for extreme lean angles and features dual compounds. The rubber compound used in the centre is slightly firmer to increase rolling speeds and longevity. The edge compound being softer, combined with the large tread wrap means grip is maximised for when you really need it. Included with the tyres as part of our solution to packaging is a reusable Velcro frame strap. This allows you to wrap spares and accessories to your bike with ease. Usage: Road/ Adventure/Bikepacking Conditions: Road/Hardpack

Halo GXR Gravel 700c Tyre

The GXR is our all-surface gravel tyre. Designed to offer minimal resistance while rolling on the centre of the tread and maximum grip on the sides of the tread; The GXR tyre balances speed and grip. Utilising a 60TPI tubeless carcass the GXR is lightweight and reliable. The range consists of the RXR, GXR and GXC models, which are all built around a lightweight and reliable 60TPI tubeless carcass. The side tread offers a combination of spaced and specifically placed blocks. Combined with optimised siping the aggressive side tread helps the GXR offer enormous grip levels that are there when needed most. To make this a truly all condition tyre, angled mud and water shedding channels have also been integrated on the shoulder tread. The GXR tyre also offers a large tread wrap for extreme lean angles and features dual compounds. The rubber compound used in the centre is slightly firmer to increase rolling speeds and longevity. The edge compound being softer, combined with the large tread wrap means grip is further maximised. Included with the tyres as part of our solution to packaging is a reusable Velcro frame strap. This allows you to wrap spares and accessories to your bike with ease. Usage: Gravel/ Adventure/Bikepacking Conditions: Road/ Hardpack/Gravel

Halo Hex Key Skewers

Lightweight, sleek and an ideal upgrade for improved security - as there's no QR lever. The "Nut" features a steel Halo "no-turn tab", making doing up these Skewers and releasing them a lot easier than trying to hold the nut from spinning at the time. (15x3mm cone spanner recess cut into nut, just in case the tab cannot operate).

Halo DJD Rear Bushed Hub

Halo's DJD SS hubs have become the DJ Disc Single Speed hub of choice for many pro riders including Sam Pilgrim, Sam Reynolds, Blake Samson and Lance McDermott.Bush drive hubs have been utilised successfully in the hardcore BMX market for quite a while, and the advantages of their lighter weight and improved durability over cartridge bearings are pretty well proven, especially when using compact cog sizes. The stresses caused in a Single Speed hub can be huge and, a bush spreads the loads involved over a much larger surface area than ball bearings can achieve, and therefore helps to avoid premature bearing failure. In addition to the BD features, Halo have fitted a lightweight alloy axle with tough, replaceable, M10 "Bolt-in" Cr-Mo fixings and alloy caps. They also know that bolt-in fittings can be tricky if the axle starts to spin when turning the bolt, (as you have nothing to hold) - so Halo have also added a 6mm Hex broach deep inside the axle - just in case the axle starts to spin when you don't want it to!

Halo Caliber 6D 700c Aero Road Rear Wheel

A light and strong, deep aero non-carbon option for T/T use, or a great style statement on any performance road bike. 38mm deep section Aero 700c wheels with new reversed 6-pawl sealed bearing Halo Spin Master 6D hubs (Shimano or Campy compatible options). Halo Aero spokes and alloy nipples with 20H radial front and NEW 16/8E (24E) rear spoke system for improved lateral rigidity. Rear wheels feature the highly unusual 16/8E spoke configuration.16/8E explained:The hub offers an extra wide offset left hand non drive spoke flange (to increase the A-frame type support structure of the spokes to the rim) and counter balances the, common, resulting uneven spoke tension problem by having only 8 spokes on the heavily offset side vs 16 on the almost straight dished drive side. The rim and the hub have been specially drilled to accommodate the 16/8E configuration to result in the spokes being "Evenly" spaced in the rim's circumference. All of the rear spokes are "crossed" to provide a tangential structure to spread the drive torque throughout all of the 24 spokes (rather than having some spokes in a radial configuration that are unable to effectively help transfer torque drive from the hub to the rim).Halo's theory being that if you spread the drive torque over all 24 of the rear spokes (rather than just some of the spokes on the drive side alone), then this further divides it up, and thus reduces the torque transferred to each spoke.
