Bike Radar / MBUK gave Merida double honours crowning the One-Sixty 6000 Enduro bike of the year and the One-Forty 700 Trail bike of the year. Of the One-Sixty they said: "it was the Merida’s proportions, supportive suspension and electrifying ride feel that finally clinched it. The fun we had riding some of the gnarliest trails around Dolceacqua, skimming over jagged rocks and drifting loose turns, meant it had to be the winner.”
Totally planted, thoroughly sorted and outrageously capable. The all-new One-Sixty 8000 delivers top-level performance with a lightweight, carbon fibre frame with radical geometry and sizing plus the ability to run 29er or mixed 29”/27.5” wheels. The new FAST kinematic is paired to a high-end RockShox 170mm Zeb fork and Super Deluxe shock, while the SRAM GX wireless transmission gives clean, precise shifts every time. The One-Sixty is a radical, all-new design that pushes Merida's hard-hitting enduro platform to new heights. Just as well, because once it’s there it’s ready to rip the longest, toughest descents too. Merida's new suspension system uses a flexstay design with an adjustable rocker, so whether you choose to run it as a full 29er (162mm travel) or mixed 29/27.5” setup (171mm travel), the geometry is preserved. There’s a radically steep 79° seat tube angle for goat-like climbing and slack 64° head angle plus 170mm fork to deal with downhill trail chaos. New sizing allows riders to run a longer or shorter reach frame independently of their height, while suspension becomes more progressive as you size up, all with long-travel dropper posts. Wire Port cable routing plus reliable threaded bottom bracket round out the package, while carbon frame models offer on-board tool storage and FidLock magnetic bottle cages.

Shimano Steps EP8 85Nm motor with Shimano 630Wh internal battery
FOX Rhythm 34 Float fork
RockShox Deluxe Select+ rear shock
Shimano XT 12 speed derailleur
Shimano SLX Boost center lock hubs
Shimano SLX 4 piston hydraulic disc brakes

High spec aluminium full suspension eBike featuring a 630Wh battery and 85Nm Shimano EP8 motor. FOX Rhythm 34 Float 140mm fork, RockShox Deluxe Select+ shock, and Shimano SLX/XT componentry deliver exceptional performance and control.
The eOne-Sixty may be the star of Merida’s eBike line-up, but the eOne-Forty shares its frame and engineering pedigree while delivering a more agile and playful ride. A shorter 133mm rear travel and 140mm fork sharpen handling, extend reach, and make it a superb climber. The mixed wheel setup – 29” front with 2.5" tyre and 27.5” rear with 2.6" tyre – combines precision, traction, and rollover ability. Perfect for technical climbs, all-day epics, and fast, controlled descents.
Shimano’s e-Tube app lets you fine-tune power delivery, with two profiles for everything from trail shredding to laid-back cruising. The eOne-Forty EP8 630Wh is built to excel, wherever you point it.
