We developed the Dual Action Repair for Tubeless (DART) to fix damaged tires faster, easier and better than existing plug tools. While traditional tire plugs try to wedge rubber strips into a puncture, the DART creates a chemical reaction with your Stan’s sealant to quickly form a permanent airtight bond.

The DART’s patent pending ability to react with latex sealant makes it more effective than traditional tire plugs, but we didn’t stop there. To create the best repair for tubeless tires possible, we made sure every detail was right. Traditional plug tools were originally developed for car tires, and their long, sharp tips can cause damage to rim tape, or cut hands. Even worse, their plugs can actually expand many punctures because they rely on a tight fit to hold them in place. In contrast, the DART’s plastic tip is barbed to anchor firmly in place and stay put during even the most aggressive riding while being safer for rims, rim tape, and your hands. The material of the DART is also more flexible, and its laser-cut shape is optimised to contour to the shape of different punctures, maximising surface area to increase the sealing reaction. Because the DART anchors to your tire and creates an instant bond with your sealant, it also won’t pull out while riding the way a conventional plug can. One of the best features of the DART’s design is that it doesn’t require trimming once inserted, and excess material won’t get in the way of your ride. DARTs can’t be felt while riding, even on road tires, and they wear smooth naturally.

The DART Tool is designed to be extremely light, durable and easy to fit into pockets and packs, while offering an ergonomic design that’s easy to hold and allows precise DART placement. The DART Tool’s handle includes a built-in valve core remover, making it easy to add sealant. The tool is made of an ultra-strong but light molded plastic. Because even the small details are important, the rod that presses DARTs into punctures is made of ultralight, corrosion-resistant and incredibly strong carbon. The length of the rod is specifically calibrated to let you insert DARTs to the perfect depth every time, just by pressing until the head of the DART Tool contacts your tire. No more damage to rim or rim tape during a fast repair. The head of the DART Tool is double-sided and reversible, allowing it to hold two sealed DARTs on each side. This makes it possible to install two DARTs quickly when sealing the largest slices and punctures and even multiple punctures. Clear thread-on caps protect the stored DARTS, keeping them clean and ready to use, while being easy to see through to ensure you have a fresh DART ready for a repair, and quick to unthread for fast deployment. It all fits together in a compact tool that easily fits in any pocket or pack.

 Delivery is free on orders over £25, with delivery starting from £3.95 for orders below this value. There are surcharges for international deliveries, off-shore deliveries and some areas of the UK. Postcodes that are considered to be remote or offshore are as follows: AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-40, PH30-41, PH49-50, HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3. Accurate delivery costs will be provided at checkout where applicable. Our dispatch time for in-stock items is usually 24-48 hours and delivery typically takes a further 2-3 working days. Please ensure you select the correct delivery options to display the correct postage cost to avoid any delay on your order. Bikes - All bikes are checked in our workshop prior to dispatch. Bike orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours of your order. Please note - most bikes are delivered partially assembled - this varies from model to model, please call to confirm what building is required prior to ordering.

Delivery for International Orders - Please note, items sent outside the EU are sold exclusive of VAT but may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied once a shipment reaches your country. For details of current customs charges please contact your local Customs authorities.

RUSSIAN FEDERATION ONLY - We are not allowed to deliver to residential addresses. Russian Customs will reject the parcel and it will be returned to us. Please provide a business delivery address on all orders. We are not able to check the address of every order therefore any orders with a residential address will incur additional delivery charges if it is returned back to us by the Russian Customs.

Courier Selection - Choosing the incorrect shipping option for your country/location may cause delays as we may have to amend the order and apply any additional shipping fees. Any order cancellations due to a refusal to pay the correct shipping fees may incur additional processing charges.

Billing & Delivery Addresses - Please ensure your billing & delivery address is correct when placing your order. We will do our best to ensure that all our customers receive their order but we are not responsible for any mis-delivery if the delivery address is incorrect.

Stock Check - The majority of our products are usually in stock and we try to keep our stock levels as up-to-date and as accurate as possible. However sometimes our system may not be updated in time and a product may be out of stock despite the product page showing it as 'In Stock'. If you are interested in a product and would like to double check the availability of it, please feel free to contact us before placing your order.

Extended Returns Period
For Christmas we have extended our returns period! Any orders dispatched before 19/12/2019 will be eligible for the extended returns period. Customers eligible will be able to return their unwanted orders for an exchange or refund up until 15/01/2020.

Should you need to return anything to us, it is very important that you telephone us first to advise us of your intention and the reason why you wish to return the goods. If you're not completely satisfied with an item you may return it within 14 days of purchase, and as long as the item isn't fitted or used we're happy to receive it back for a refund or exchange. Return shipping costs in this instance are non-refundable.

If the item is being returned as a result of our error i.e. damaged, defective, wrong item sent etc, we will refund Royal Mail First Class or Standard Parcel postage costs. If this is the case please include a copy of your purchase receipt when you return the goods for inspection. Please DO NOT sign for goods if you think that they are damaged, or the packaging has been tampered with. Instead, refuse to accept the delivery and contact us immediately(within 3 working days) so that we can take the matter up with our courier. Replacements will be sent to you as soon as possible. Signing for goods later found to be unacceptably damaged in transit complicates negotiations with the courier in dealing with your complaint. However, if a minor component is missing or broken(e.g. a reflector) please DO NOT return the whole bike. Simply contact us and we will replace the part as soon as possible. Please DO NOT discard any original packaging until you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Should you need to return a bicycle, couriers will not transport a machine not in the original or suitable packaging. Warranty Claims: All goods purchased from Triton are covered by a full warranty and generally covers manufacturing faults and defects including poor workmanship. If you think your item is faulty and would like to make a warranty claim then please phone/email us before returning any goods - we may be able to solve your problem without you incurring any postage costs.
