Placing a Pre-Order with Triton Cycles
The last 18 months have been challenging for everyone for a number of reasons and we’re now seeing a huge impact on production and supply times in the bicycle industry. With that in mind we are offering all customers the opportunity to pre-order bikes that are not yet in stock but are expected to arrive over the next few weeks and months.
This means that you’re getting your name down for the next available stock of a particular bike. Without getting your position in the queue you’ll risk losing out since the numbers of bikes available as free stock when a delivery arrives are very low.
How can I tell if a bike is in stock now or for Pre-Order?
Once you’ve placed your Pre-Order a bike will be allocated to you from the next available shipment. The ETA for delivery will be shown in your email confirmation. We’ll keep you up-to-date with information from the supplier as and when available regarding delivery dates and as soon as your new bike lands one of our specialist mechanics will fully assemble it ready for delivery to your door. All Trek and Electra bikes are delivered ready to ride by our own staff to make sure that new bike feeling is as good as it should be.
Why do other shops have a different delivery date showing?
Delivery times vary depending on when you got your order in with the supplier. The delivery estimates provided at the time you place your order are accurate but can change at short notice. If that happens we’ll do our best to make sure you’re in the loop!
Can I cancel?
Absolutely, if you can’t wait any longer to be out on your new bike and would like to search for another bike elsewhere then feel free to get in touch and we can cancel the order for you. Alternatively we can transfer the value of your pre-order to a different bike or even to purchase different products entirely!
