For details of current customs charges please contact your local Customs authorities. UK VAT is not charged for orders delivered outside of the UK.
Is your country not listed on our website? Feel free to get in contact with us and we will quote you a price! Message us on our Contact Us page and make sure to include your postal code/zip code. We will not be able to deliver to PO BOX and BFPO addresses.
We will always try our best to meet agreed delivery times, however we cannot guarantee them due to third party couriers or workshop load. We shall not be liable for any consequential losses due to delayed delivery times.

Please note that for international returns the return shipping and any reverse duties & taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Please Note: We are unable to ship DT Swiss products to the USA.
Courier Selection Choosing the incorrect shipping option for your country/location may cause delays as we may have to amend the order and apply any additional shipping fees. Any order cancellations due to a refusal to pay the correct shipping fees may incur additional processing charges.
Billing & Delivery Addresses Please ensure your billing & delivery address is correct when placing your order. We will do our best to ensure that all our customers receive their order but we are not responsible for any mis-delivery if the delivery address is incorrect.
Stock Check The majority of our products are usually in stock and we try to keep our stock levels as up-to-date and as accurate as possible. However sometimes our system may not be updated in time and a product may be out of stock despite the product page showing it as 'In Stock'. If you are interested in a product and would like to double check the availability of it, please feel free to contact us before placing your order.
Dispatched Dates/Due in Dates (Pre-orders) We try to provide as accurate as possible information on the arrival of our pre-order products. The dispatched dates/due in dates shown are an estimate of when the products will be available as provided by our suppliers. The dispatched dates/due in dates are subject to change. We will do our best to keep our customers updated.
At Triton Cycles we aim to make returns as straightforward as possible.
If you purchase an eligible item online, you have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us that you wish to cancel it. Once you have notified us, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
The quickest and easiest way to arrange a return is to log into your Triton Cycles account, open the relevant order and select the returns option. This records the return against your order and helps us process it more quickly when it arrives.
If you are unable to arrange your return through your account, please contact us before sending anything back.
For a full refund, products should be returned in a condition consistent with reasonable inspection and, wherever possible, complete with their original retail packaging, internal packaging, accessories, manuals and fittings.
Please do not write on manufacturer packaging, attach courier or postage labels directly to it, or use branded product packaging as the outer shipping box. Please place the product inside a suitable mailing bag or separate outer box.
If an item has been fitted, installed, used or handled beyond what would reasonably be necessary to inspect it, and this has reduced its value, we may make an appropriate deduction from the refund.
Unless an item is faulty, damaged or has been supplied incorrectly, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If an item arrives damaged, is faulty or is not the item you ordered, please contact us before returning it. Retain all packaging and, where possible, provide photographs showing the item and any damage. In many cases we may be able to resolve an issue without requiring the complete product to be returned.
If you believe that an item may be faulty or require a warranty claim, please contact us first rather than booking it as a standard return. Our experienced team or workshop may be able to diagnose the issue remotely or advise on the quickest way to resolve it.
Lithium-ion batteries, including e-bike batteries, are subject to special transport restrictions and should not be returned using an ordinary postal or courier service without first contacting us.
Bicycles purchased online may be returned in accordance with your applicable statutory rights. Please contact us before returning a bicycle so that we can advise on the appropriate return method. Collection costs for change-of-mind bicycle returns will normally be payable by the customer.
For bicycles purchased and collected in-store, we do not accept returns simply because you have changed your mind. Exchanges on unused items may be considered at our discretion where a suitable alternative is available.
International return shipping and any reverse duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed. Original delivery charges are not refunded where an international order is returned because customs or import charges have not been paid.
All purchases and refunds are processed in Sterling (GBP). Triton Cycles is not responsible for differences caused by exchange-rate movements or charges applied by banks or payment providers.
