Q: I've placed an order but I've not received an email confirmation of the order?
A: Once an order is placed you should receive an automated email confirmation of your order. If you have not received an email confirmation of the order it is likely that the email address on the order is incorrect. Please contact us and we can update your order and re-send an order confirmation.

Q: Where is my order?
A: Most order should be delivered within the delivery window provided before you place the order and on your order confirmation. Please contact us if your delivery window has passed and you have not received your order.

Q: How do I place a CycleScheme order online?

Q: What does pre-order mean?
A: Products with a pre-order status and date means the product is currently not in stock. The date is an estimated availability date provided to us by the brands. Payment is taken straight away when you place your order, even if it is a pre-order.

Q: How are your bicycles delivered?
A: Bicycles are delivered mostly assembled, with some minor assembly required. For most bicycles the only assembly required when it arrives will be: Slotting in the front wheel, slotting in the seat post, clamping on the handlebar, and fitting the pedals. Trek and Electra bicycles are delivered fully assembled and ready to ride (if pedals are included).

Q: How much is postage to...?
A: Postage quotes will be provided when you select your delivery country on the checkout page. Delivery prices will vary depending on the product.

Q: Do you ship electric bicycles internationally?
A: We are not able to send electric bicycles internationally due to courier restrictions.

Q: Do you accept trade-ins or do you purchase second-hand bicycles?
A: No we do not accept trade-ins and we do not purchase second-hand bicycles.

Q: Do you provide general bike servicing?
A: Yes we do! Please use the contact form below to let us know what needs servicing on your bicycle and we'll get back to you with a time frame and a quote.
