Cycle to Work at Triton Cycles

Looking to spread the cost of a new bike and save through salary sacrifice? We work with a wide range of UK Cycle to Work providers and we’ll help you choose the right bike and kit for commuting, fitness, leisure, or weekend adventures.

Good to know: for bikes and accessories at full RRP, we process your voucher at the RRP and we don’t pass the scheme commission on to you. Where a bike is already discounted, some providers charge us a commission that we can’t absorb on sale pricing, so a small surcharge may apply (details below).

How it works

1. Pick your bike and kit (bike, helmet, lock, lights, pedals, clothing and other eligible accessories).
2. Request a quote from Triton Cycles (we’ll confirm availability, sizing, and delivery/collection options).
3. Apply for your voucher with your employer/scheme provider using the quote total.
4. Send us your voucher and we’ll finalise your order and get you rolling.

Schemes we accept

We currently accept the following Cycle to Work schemes. If you’re unsure which one your employer uses, send us a quick message and we’ll help.

Surcharge note: Surcharges apply only to discounted/sale bikes where stated above, and are calculated on the sale price to help cover the commission charged by the voucher provider. For full RRP purchases, we do not add a surcharge.

How to order with your voucher

Email us at info@tritoncycles.co.uk with:

• Your scheme provider name
• A screenshot/list of the products you want (including sizes/colours)
• Your delivery address (or let us know if you’d like to collect in-store)
• A contact telephone number

We’ll reply with a clear quote and next steps, including any applicable sale-bike surcharge (where relevant), so there are no surprises.

Frequently asked questions

• Can I buy accessories with my voucher?
  Yes – you can use your voucher value towards eligible accessories (for example: helmet, lock, lights, mudguards, pedals, tools and clothing). If you’re unsure what’s eligible, ask and we’ll guide you.
• Can you hold a bike while I wait for my voucher?
  We can’t guarantee stock will remain available while vouchers are being processed. If you’ve got your eye on something specific, get in touch quickly and we’ll advise the best way to secure it.
• Why is there a surcharge on some sale bikes?
  Some scheme providers charge retailers a commission to process vouchers. On full RRP bikes we absorb this cost, but on already discounted bikes it's not possible to do so, so a small surcharge may apply (as listed above).
• Do you offer Cycle to Work on sale bikes with Cyclescheme?
  Not at present – due to provider commission, we’re unable to offer already-discounted bikes through Cyclescheme.
