Fuse
FUSE Protection creates rider-developed protective equipment for BMX, mountain biking and action sports. From knee and shin pads to helmets, elbow protection and gloves, FUSE combines impact protection with the comfort and freedom of movement needed to ride hard.
FUSE Protection is a rider-focused protection brand with its roots firmly in BMX. The brand grew from protective equipment originally developed for WeThePeople riders, before becoming a dedicated protection company with its own range of pads, helmets and riding gear. Today, its products are developed in Cologne, Germany, with feedback from riders playing an important role in their design and testing.
The FUSE range covers knee pads, elbow pads, shin protection, knee-and-shin combinations, ankle guards, helmets, gloves and body protection. This broad selection makes it suitable for everything from BMX racing and freestyle to dirt jumping, skatepark sessions and increasingly demanding mountain bike riding.
Different FUSE ranges allow riders to choose the balance of protection, flexibility and coverage that suits the way they ride. Technologies used across the collection include SAS-TEC impact inserts, FUSE's DFS impact system and FLEX SHIELD PU foam, alongside breathable fabrics, reinforced panels and grippers designed to keep protection securely positioned while riding.
Comfort is particularly important to the FUSE approach. Protective equipment only works when riders actually want to wear it, so the brand places considerable emphasis on fit and freedom of movement alongside impact protection. From lightweight knee pads to extended knee-and-shin combinations and upper-body armour, riders can select the amount of coverage appropriate for their riding.
FUSE also caters for younger riders, with children's sizing available across a number of its protection ranges. This makes the brand particularly relevant for developing BMX and MTB riders who need correctly fitting protection rather than simply scaled-down adult equipment.
At Triton Cycles, we stock a selection of FUSE Protection products for BMX and mountain bike riders. Whether you're looking for knee pads for the trails, shin protection for BMX or more comprehensive protection for harder riding, our team can help you find the right FUSE equipment and size.
