Engineered for riders who demand the perfect balance of control efficiency and trail-tuned performance the MY27 FOX DHX Live Valve Neo brings the proven feel of coil suspension into FOX’s next-generation electronically controlled platform. With completely updated internals for MY27 the DHX Live Valve Neo delivers greater sensitivity improved durability and more precise tuning making it a powerful option for modern All-Mountain and aggressive trail bikes.

At the heart of the redesign is a new monotube architecture paired with a high-flow main piston assembly delivering a smoother more controlled ride feel with exceptional small-bump sensitivity and mid-stroke support. The result is improved rear-wheel traction and composure on rough terrain—performance that closely approaches the benchmark feel of FOX’s flagship suspension designs.

Durability and ride refinement have also been enhanced. A new more robust MCU bottom-out bumper assembly provides improved bottom-out control while increasing long-term reliability under heavy impacts. An updated top-out bumper reduces noise and harshness ensuring quieter more refined suspension action across technical terrain.

The MY27 DHX Live Valve Neo retains FOX’s focus on practical tuning and rider customization. Tool-free adjusters offer 11 clicks of Low-Speed Compression (LSC) and 16 clicks of Low-Speed Rebound (LSR) allowing riders to dial in their suspension quickly and precisely for changing trail conditions or riding styles.

Additional features include bearing mount compatibility on both sides for improved frame integration and reduced friction helping the suspension move more freely through its travel.

Available as part of FOX’s updated MY27 suspension lineup the DHX Live Valve Neo is designed to deliver exceptional traction durability and electronic suspension performance for riders pushing the limits of modern All-Mountain riding.

Stock Check
The majority of our products are usually in stock and we try to keep our stock levels as up-to-date and as accurate as possible. However sometimes our system may not be updated in time and a product may be out of stock despite the product page showing it as 'In Stock'. If you are interested in a product and would like to double check the availability of it, please feel free to contact us before placing your order.

Dispatched Dates/Due in Dates (Pre-orders)
We try to provide as accurate as possible information on the arrival of our pre-order products. The dispatched dates/due in dates shown are an estimate of when the products will be available as provided by our suppliers. The dispatched dates/due in dates are subject to change. We will do our best to keep our customers updated.

At Triton Cycles we aim to make returns as straightforward as possible.

If you purchase an eligible item online, you have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us that you wish to cancel it. Once you have notified us, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

The quickest and easiest way to arrange a return is to log into your Triton Cycles account, open the relevant order and select the returns option. This records the return against your order and helps us process it more quickly when it arrives.

If you are unable to arrange your return through your account, please contact us before sending anything back.

For a full refund, products should be returned in a condition consistent with reasonable inspection and, wherever possible, complete with their original retail packaging, internal packaging, accessories, manuals and fittings.

Please do not write on manufacturer packaging, attach courier or postage labels directly to it, or use branded product packaging as the outer shipping box. Please place the product inside a suitable mailing bag or separate outer box.

If an item has been fitted, installed, used or handled beyond what would reasonably be necessary to inspect it, and this has reduced its value, we may make an appropriate deduction from the refund.

Unless an item is faulty, damaged or has been supplied incorrectly, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If an item arrives damaged, is faulty or is not the item you ordered, please contact us before returning it. Retain all packaging and, where possible, provide photographs showing the item and any damage. In many cases we may be able to resolve an issue without requiring the complete product to be returned.

If you believe that an item may be faulty or require a warranty claim, please contact us first rather than booking it as a standard return. Our experienced team or workshop may be able to diagnose the issue remotely or advise on the quickest way to resolve it.

Lithium-ion batteries, including e-bike batteries, are subject to special transport restrictions and should not be returned using an ordinary postal or courier service without first contacting us.

Bicycles purchased online may be returned in accordance with your applicable statutory rights. Please contact us before returning a bicycle so that we can advise on the appropriate return method. Collection costs for change-of-mind bicycle returns will normally be payable by the customer.

For bicycles purchased and collected in-store, we do not accept returns simply because you have changed your mind. Exchanges on unused items may be considered at our discretion where a suitable alternative is available.

International return shipping and any reverse duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed. Original delivery charges are not refunded where an international order is returned because customs or import charges have not been paid.

All purchases and refunds are processed in Sterling (GBP). Triton Cycles is not responsible for differences caused by exchange-rate movements or charges applied by banks or payment providers.
