CushCore
CushCore is the go-to name for tyre inserts, trusted by world champions and weekend warriors alike. Born in Oregon and proven at the highest levels, CushCore transforms ride feel and performance.
Founded in Bend, Oregon in 2017, CushCore has quickly become the benchmark for mountain bike tyre inserts. Whether you’re smashing downhill runs, conquering enduro trails, or simply looking for more grip and fewer punctures, CushCore is the choice of world champions and everyday riders.
Designed to fit inside your tyre, CushCore acts as a suspension system—absorbing impacts, increasing grip, and dramatically reducing the risk of flats. It’s no wonder the world’s best riders rely on CushCore, with victories including the 2020 Men’s and Women’s UCI Downhill World Championships, the Women’s eMTB World Championship, and multiple Enduro World Series wins.
At Triton Cycles, we stock the full CushCore range and can fit them in our workshop, so you get race-proven performance with professional installation. Upgrade your ride with CushCore and experience the difference for yourself.
