Aeroe Racks FAQ

Aeroe Racks & Accessories FAQ

Fitting & Compatibility

Will the Spider Rack fit my full suspension bike?
Yes, the Spider Rear Rack fastens to the rear stays, independent of the seat post—ideal for full suspension bikes.
Is it compatible with e-bikes?
Absolutely. Both Spider Rear & Front Racks fit most e-bikes.
Can it fit a fat bike?
Yes, the Spider Fat Rack fits fat MTB and e-bikes with tyres up to 5" wide. All Aeroe accessories are compatible with both standard and fat racks.
Will it fit bikes with narrow rear stays?
Yes. The rack flexes in and out by 20mm each side and the feet attachments can be rotated to suit various stay widths and angles.
Can I use a dropper post?
Yes, the Spider Rear Rack is totally independent of the seat post and offers excellent dropper clearance. Cradles can also be mounted to the side for extra space.
How tight should I fasten the rack?
Maximum recommended torque is 4Nm.
Is installation straightforward?
Very easy! Use a 5mm Allen key to secure the silicon-coated straps. Aeroe manuals have full details.
Will it fit my carbon bike?
Yes. We recommend adding protective tape or an old tube at contact points and following the weight/torque limits in the manual.
I have a small frame or limited saddle space—will it fit?
Yes. The rack mounts independently of the saddle, leaving plenty of room for your gear and dropper post. Cradles can be rotated or side-mounted.
Are all accessories compatible with all racks?
