Brexit can be confusing if you’re shopping with us from the EU. We’ve added some FAQ’s below :
Will I have to pay customs charges after the 31st of January?
Despite the UK officially leaving the EU on 31st January 2019 we will be in a transition period for a minimum of 11 months. This means we remain in the customs union and customers buying from the EU will not have to pay customs charges until at least 31st December 2020 (unless you’re in Norway or Switzerland). This may be extended by 1-2 years.
Will delivery times be longer after the 31st of January?
As we’ll be in the transition period, it’ll be business as usual and we don’t foresee any delays to delivery times.
